Yes this sounds like the same project - it's hard to tell how it will look in the schematics as it's missing cladding info and glass color. I don't mind the massing and as a LA I always love tons of roof gardens.
It is not the same project as 'The Chicago' I think perhaps adjacent to it?

I also noticed some posts further up about the United Center Addition. We are working on that as well and will be a very cool transformative project for that area. We just need the UC to invest in a large parking structure and free up some more of the surface parking lots for development.
