All those new houses so close is that Naval Square development, right?

Those folks can't be thrilled despite the piece by piece demolition, and watering down to reduce dust.

Oh well (it's temporary!), that phase I tower is going to look grrreat.

This is a big project that doesn't get much attention. I'm happy to see all the work being done there. Will they be groundbreaking on this as soon as the demo work is done? If so, with the start of CTIC and FMC it seems this has flown under the radar. It'll be cool to watch this and FMC rise near West Philly as the Summit, and the high rises on 36th and 38th street finish up.

Holy shit... The picture is a tad dark, but is the building completely down? It looks like there is a lot of rubble to get rid of... I can't believe how quickly it went!

Selfishly, this will be a really cool building to see go up. It is going to bracket the view from my roof and bring the 'city' even closer. Plus, the access to the SRT and a (long fought for) good bar/restaurant on the river will be much appreciated.

Can't really tell, but I think I see some pillars all the way in the back.

For a building that was supposedly braced for Sherman Tanks, this went down pretty fast....
