Yeah, it's even scarier in person looking 4 stories down. The rails are way too low so either people were way shorter in 1927 or the safety rules just didn't matter.....(I'm guessing the latter)

The fountain does work. In the summer when my windows are open I can hear it in my bedroom.....It sounds like somebody is peeing in the courtyard.
I'll try to get that photo, EX. If we ever get warm weather again.....I'm hearing that summer might be cancelled this year.
