Has anyone involved in a CA had any experience with these applications? We've got one coming and are wondering what we're going to get hit with.
Every bit helps. A 6 month improvement in time efficiency would at least help reduce interest on land mortgage as the development horizon decreases. Might not necessarily get passed on to the buyer, but it does remove barriers to infill development which should encourage more supply and in turn lower prices in the long run. Especially important since the City is continuing to transition to an intensification model.
