Either paint or some wrapping for cladding. It's also visible in AudiA3's picture from last week.

I would think that will be the case because the new Safeway on Granville & 70th by Westbank opened earlier even before residents started moving in.

Oddly enough the sales lady at the presentation centre I spoke with last week said they will be opening at the same time as the tower is ready for occupation, September-ish.

Seems silly, but who knows how the deal is structured.

Stratos is kind of funny, from afar its the clear winner for height in Brentwood. But unclose it doesn't seem that tall.

Looks great though, regardless.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the massing and squareness of the office podium for Altus.

This should look great once complete.
