Not to be glib but this is Hamilton. There are more than a couple decent locations where he and others could pop up: Barton Village; Ottawa St; Concession; King E or any number of other downtown streets adjacent to James.
It's tough out there and I'm sympathetic but this ain't NYC...yet.

Yep, not to sound insensitive but I couldn't care less that this guy can't afford his rent. It 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 that he has to move but there's more than enough affordable storefronts out there.
