Walnut street had the near lane closed with the fencing pushed out into the right of way as of Wednesday evening. I haven't been by since.

Snapped a shot and posted to the building philly facebook page. I wonder how long until the first crane goes up. 2 weeks? 1 month at most I'm sure.

I'm sure this has been covered before in this forum, but i am new to this.... I was hoping someone could clarify the height of the diagram of FMC Tower? Is that how tall the building will be relative to the other buildings, or is that diagram off? Thought this tower should be as tall as Three Logan Tower? Which is correct?

Also, do any renderings exist from the belmont plateau area vantage point? This tower should look massive from that part of the city.

No, the diagram is out of scale with the updated design & height of the tower. This has been irking me too, so I started working on an FMC diagram this week. I've never done a diagram before but am hoping to finish it by early next week (just have to finish the lettering, the window detailing, and west side of the base below the overhanging curtain wall.)

Yes, there will be three. It was described on a previous post by the guy that is onsite. I believe the first one should be going up anytime now/around the time the climbing formwork is in place. Maybe he will be able to chime in with the rough schedule again as it is now closer. One crane will be close to walnut, one in the core, and one closer to the parking garage I believe was the configuration. All will be luffing jib style towers.
