I'm glad it's gone. Sure, it had a nice, "hip" vibe, and it had a good location, but it could have been (and is going to be) better.

Yes. Demolition will not be complete for another month or so. However, I believe Arts Central has now been totally leveled, except for perhaps a part of the elevator core.

I'm sure they'll have to redo the entire foundation. Telus Sky is a WAY larger building than Arts Central was.

Telus aren't an oil company but is this project likely to be affected by a moderate downturn? Really hoping this and Brookfield can go ahead through 2015.
