Don't forget that it had to have ground floor retail too...and they are also being told to incentivize the use of alternate transportation, how does a city have that much control to do that?
Heck Google is even willing to place their parking completely below grade with no questions asked, that stuff isn't cheap, and probably not required, but they are doing it anyway. Boulder should be bending over backwards for these guys, but instead they have the make the process really shitty for them, way to go Boulder, we should all bow to your greatness!
The nearby Whole Foods is supposed to be so progressive, yet they were able to put in a huge parking lot, but Google has to put in ground floor retail?
