Same thing that happened in 2008 is reoccurring with this project - days away from breaking ground then being put on hold. The project will not move forward until a tenant signs on.

I think this has affected every city at some time. The WTC went begging for money at one point; the developers decided to lop off 7WTC because they weren't sure the market would support it.

This is what the GHP is supposed to fix. Bringing new businesses to Houston is what will drive demand.
