FCP is a huge tower in both height and square footage, it has IIRC 2.8 million square feet of space, roughly 3 times that of Bay Adelaide Centre East.

Proud Day for Canada!

First time in 6 years a tower not from Calgary or Toronto has been on this most privileged list!!

Vancouver was the last city to pull the trick back in 2008 with Shangrila-Vancouver

Quite right. Our country is much stronger when we have many little engines of growth from coast to coast. Having everything happen in 1-2 big cities isn't healthy nor does it do much for national unity/cohesion.

Glad to see Edmonton on the list. Maybe Montreal, Ottawa, or even Niagara Falls can get on there.

Great drawing as always Koops, but I think it's going to be bluish gray, not gold:

^Yes, it is bluish-grey. The first rendering they used shows it with a sunset reflection.

Though I don't love the design, I'm happy to see Edmonton join the other major Canadian cities (save Ottawa) with a major skyscraper. Edmonton's skyline is somewhat of a plateau so well-placed peak will give it some flair.

The list is all above 200 meters again!

Of course, L Tower and Ice Condos 2 will be off the list shortly, I'm assuming.
