Here's a better and closer shot. It appears that the unit can collapse below the outline of the roof as shown in the drawing.

Seems that the glass will be very transparent. Hopefully it don't be noticable from the street level.

The crown on Delta Pinnacle looks odd with the gap.
I didn't realize that Oceanic Plaza had "fin" glass curtain wall at the roof.

I see in Delirium's 1st photo, they've strung the Xmas lights on Harbour Centre's mast for December's 100 ft. Xmas tree.
