That must be Cactus Club's head office
- they have a restaurant at Broadway & Ash, don't they (unless it is moving)?

Correct, that's not a new cactus club restaurant but their head office.

Yes, but just think of the effect that the Broadway-UBC rrt line will have. Ka-Blam !!!
(The Broadway corridor may just become a medical / pharmaceutical industry hub, too, if that's not thinking too wishfully).
