^Wow great view, somebody remind me what's going on with the 7th ave parkade/restoration project though? That blocks still an embarrassment.

That's phase 2 of the Brookfield project where a 5 storey Pavillion will span the space between the 56 storey Brookfield One tower (now under construction), and its 40 storey companion tower to the west.

Needless to say, according to the plan, the parkade will come down.

I believe they still have a couple of levels of underground parking to go (after they complete the one they're now on) to get to grade and the steel frame and girders start to rise.

Drove by yesterday, and the ReBar is now at/above grade on this project. One level of parking left to go before the ground floor gets going. It should be there by mid December.
