Outstanding confirmation!
It's probably only the truly, truly affluent who do the entirety of their shopping at Whole Foods. That being said, I have noticed Whole Foods has lowered the price on many of these types of products such as toilet paper that people can easily cross shop with a Sprouts, Natural Grocers, or even King Soopers, since KS has made a concerted effort to add a huge assortment of organic, natural, and local products.
Go into the WH in Cherry Creek at lunch. Sure, Cherry Creek people do their shopping there, but a huge number of employees of the area pick up their lunch and sundry specialty items there, and they are probably not the type of clientele you are referring to.
This is a boon for all the real estate in that area. Property values just went up (even more).
