Keep the TCH designation
That road can be a better version of Broadway here in Vancouver (unless we get our — together)

Be prepared for a mismanaged project with Lamb. If his first foray into Alberta with Calgary's 6th and 10 is any indication. The tower is something like 2 years behind schedule. Excavation just started at the beginning of last month. Beautiful proposal nonetheless though.

Jasper House looks great. I don't care for the podium color as it doesn't go with the tower, but other than that, it looks very solid.

^^yeah, hopefully lessons learned down there means less issues up here.

Kinda like the podium for the area has a lot of brick and ties this in a little without being faux.

^ Any retail planned for the podium? Doesn't look like any for the street, disappointingly, but would be nice to at least have some in there.

Jasper House looks fantastic. That is some serious big-city style right there.

Is the developer seriously not going to change the name, though?

Moving on from the repetitive spam posts, here's another new mega project for Eau-Claire. First three towers built or u/c, sales launch for remaining buildings this fall. Around 1,200 units total.

At least Jasper House is a better design than 6th & 10th by far! Taller too!

Jasper house looks decent, the podium not so much. Great for the area though!

Looks good but I wonder what will be done with the parking lot beside it. That would really be a conspicuous blight beside a prestigious looking building.

^ Different owner, who has been content to sit on that land for a very long time. Developments like this and others nearby will make that land even more valuable over time, though, increasing the likelihood of seeing it developed.

Its not illegal here I happen to know where one is but I don't want to post a link, I'm actually quite shy and could never eat in a restaurant like that.
