On October third Mr Black had stated they are waiting for an excavation permit from the city , and that within a few days they should have the permit , could this be true finally something is taking place (shovels in the ground )

If an excavation permit has actually been applied for, the city would be prudent to be a bit circumspect about issuing these jokers a permit to dig a big ass hole in the ground right beside a busy interstection. A hole that the developers may not have the capacity to actually fill with a structure.

They'll probably start once they finish construction on the new stadium.

I love how none of their renderings correctly represent their location. The rendering with the Hill Towers in the background suggests CP will b south of the downtown core, somewhere around 2100 or 2200 blocks Lorne or Cornwall. Various other renderings show the building immediately west of City Hall. What happened to the NCO building?

"Construction underway at Crate's Landing! Soil removal nearly done now, replacement should start this week!"
