That view makes me wish Telus Sky was 250m and BP was 265m. Make Oxford 290-300m and add in those West Village proposals at 200-230m for a nice bookend to downtown. One can only dream....

drto: I agree!! And have said similar opinions in the past. I'd like to see Tellus a little taller than the Bow and BP at 850-870' and then Oxford at 950'+! And there is still potential for taller stuff over the CP tracks. And I think that there might be 3 spots left in the core for 850'+... I think. The 3 West Village towers however, I don't think zoning would allow anything more than a 160-170 meters.... i could be wrong.
Looking at that skyline render from the north makes me realize the next new tallest is going to have to go btw Brookfield and Oxford. FCC2 site would work. Or one block to the north --the petroleum club and parking lot to its south look like they could go someday.

I think one of these days Victoria park might get the tallest, especially if there are still underutilized lots after SELRT is built in ~20 years. There's potential for some tallboys adjacent to CPR throughout the core too.
Agreed. You're going to need some tall boys to peak over the Arriva's/Guardians/Mcleod Trail Corridor towers to get nice views of the mountains. Will be nice to see that area fill up.

Glad the second phase plus Parkside phase of Waterfront got redesigned. As shown above, looks pretty boring. Lots of incredible projects on the way though. Hopefully Hon launches their Eau-Claire project soon.
