Can I add a request ...that along with CITC, that the W Hotel and 1919 Market (if 1919 is in fact 367 ft .. the William Penn House is 275 ft, so 1919 should be visible from this view) be added to this shot. Thanks in advance.
I really wish CC was rotated 90 degrees, or at least either have no cutout on the south side, or one similar to the one on the North side. That's a nice view of the skyline, but the worst view (IMO) of CC.
Looking at BuildingPhilly's latest update, it looks like they put concrete in those footers where the core would be and then they covered over them in dirt? Is that normal?

When they built CC, the concrete core appeared to be pretty much all the way built before the frame got started, as opposed to other projects I've seen where while the core is always ahead, the whole thing rises more or less at the same time.
Anyone know how CITC and (even though this isn't the thread) FMC will go? I like watching the whole thing rise as opposed to just a thin concrete core for months and months. I don't think I've seen a building rise like CITC where the core is at one end and not near the middle though.

The steel framing that wrapped around the RC core lagged 5 of 6 stories behind the RC Core since the steel framing was dependent upon the RC Core for support. Look at Brade Maule's photos of the construction history of CC. I think the site was phillyskyline .com.
