I think the price and target market is probably pretty bang on. It'll certainly be cool to see how things go and if more developers follow suit.
I really just can't bring myself to open up to the idea, but hell if I lived downtown... I'd be able to spend all the time I save commuting counting the money I'd save not paying for a car, insurance, gas, and parking.
