The rendering at first glance doesn't look great, but I like the windows and general massing. I think it has potential......I'm also giving it points for not going with the usual mustard/beige/burgundy/olive green.

If the material on that one was alucobond or modern brick.....I'm down with it....stucco....not so much.

I will say what Corporate usually says- it all comes down to materials. This building can look amazing with the right materials, or poor with the wrong ones. I withhold judgement until then.

Exactly. It could go either way depending. If it's stucco or stucco panels, then it will pretty much be a fail. Aluminium or modern brick and it could be a nice little hotel.

Apparently this is going in NE on private property, not controlled by CMLC as far as I know.
