Guyysss, we're just starting a huge project on Market Street that'll improve an area everyone already complains about. It's not like progress doesn't happen. The W and the move to residential for that corner building will help. Also, they're actually doing renovation on the south side of Chestnut just before 16th, anyone know what's up with that? Something good?
