I have some northern Midtown updates (west to east):
Heights at West Midtown (Bishop & 17th):
Foundation work has begun.
It's not a great location (a bit out of the way), but it looks like they're going to have some fantastic skyline views. This was taken from the ground level nearby:
Steelworks (Mecaslin & 16th):
Nearing completion. The finishes are really nice. They preserved the pocket park on the corner.
Beazer single family homes (State & 15th):
I'm not sure how sturdy they are, but the architecture and finishes of the all the Beazer homes in the area are fantastic.
The northern part of Home Park is starting to look good. There are still a lot of dilapidated rental homes between 14th and 10th, but a lot of restoration is happening between 16th and 14th.
Georgia Tech Engineered Biosystems (State & 10th):
Nearing completion. It's going to look really good with the park in front.
Center for Puppetry Arts:
Not much to see, but the trees have been cleared and site work has begun.
33 Peachtree Place (West Peachtree & Peachtree Place):
There's a whole lot of equipment at the site now. It looks like things will be moving fast.
Broadstone Terraces (Juniper & 6th):
There was a pile driver working on the site. I think they're doing soil testing.
975 Piedmont (Piedmont & 10th):
Nearing completion. The blank walls are ugly, but I suppose the thinking is that the adjacent lot will be developed soon.
I skipped the dueling student housing towers because those have been covered pretty well already.
