Most likely the penthouse will be 3-4 bedrooms.

The two relatively small holes they were digging have now turned into the beginning of one large excavation. It's starting to look like an open pit mining operation with ramps down into the hole for dump trucks to descend to the bottom. I guess it's going to get a lot larger too since I'm pretty sure there are at least 4 parking levels underground.

They just updated the floorplan on their website... Starting from the 50th floor, there won't be any 1-bedroom unit. They will all be 2-bdr and 3-bdr units. My guess would be that there won't be any units cheaper than $550k starting from this floor. Wonder who will be able to afford these...?

Jokes aside, I do appreciate the photos. If I had the cash, this is one building I would have bought into.

In relation to a headline in today's Vancouver Sun about a major possible cause for high Vancouver home prices,.....AudiA3's post is quite timely!

Is it really worth it to have 3 bathrooms in a 3 bedroom place? Personally I would rather have that space as storage.

I hope they don't actually put the amazing Brentwood sign up as shown in the first pic. When something needs to have an adjective in its name like that it just makes it come off as trying way too hard. Just drop the amazing and put "The Brentwood"!!

Who's marketing this??? Go back to marketing school.

It's really 2.5 bathroom, and yes it definitely is worth it.

The sign on the corner just has

BRE
NTW
OOD

Maybe that's still the marketing presentation centre!

... at least they didn't name it "BTC".

I must say I really like the renderings and the proposed look of the outdoor mall and public areas. But that sign/logo is just terrible.
