Construction beginning on what will be one of Fredericton's Taller buildings: 211 Queen St. A 48 unit mixed-building , that will be 29.3 metres tall when done. (or at least that's what the variance allows). My Google-fu is failing me in finding more information on this project.

Nice pics - always nice to see a city get a new tallest! Fredericton is on my bucketlist of Maritime cities to visit sometime soon.
