That's the last parcel that will be developed by Framm+Sloker. No detail designs have been released yet but the building rendered in the photo matches the massing models I have seen. Expect this one to be released after Verve, River House and the second phase of the Verve site are well underway.

I hope it looks similar to that, the 2 storey part works very well with M2, Simmons building and Riverhouse.

Looks good, and a great use of a small lot, but success in my books is going to be all about how the main-floor restaurants use the space. Those floor-to-ceiling ground floor windows are NICE. Hopefully we get a couple landmark tenants with lively patios. Also, I like the angular offset I'm not a fan of the tapering terraces. I'm undecided about the treatment on the Simmons side cantilever. As always, materials will mater. Plan B would be a large mural. I can't wrap my head around how this is the same building as this, especially because I don't see the same roof features:

Just to be clear, the adjacent building is only a massing?

The 33 storey Pulse tower is finally rising above ground. Big crew out there this weekend. Looks like Bosa just wanted to top out Fuze and the mid-rise first. They've got about 500 units already u/c at Evolution, and this project was the very first to go, before EV really had any momentum. Very confident that Bosa will pull through and build those two towers at the RioCan site.

I'm getting really excited for St. Patrick's Island. Judging from this new graphic, it looks to include to beach-ish areas. That would be really nice! Regardless, it looks like it's going to be a friggin awesome space.

CMLC has more detail about the areas on their website, along with a less whimsical graphic showing the plan:

Yeah I know, that one's been around for a long while. I posted the other one because it's new.

I have family coming to visit in July for stampede next year. It would be nice to take them to the island. Will it be ready by then?

I noticed they finally drove the drill out to the actual EV Hilton site last time I went by a couple days ago. Too many delays here!

The library is slated to go U/C soon and with EV Hilton amongst other new devleopments potentially starting that's certainly some reason for excitement ... Then again maybe she's alluding to more new developments that we haven't seen yet (RioCan's site)

In addition to Hilton, NCL, NMC, Simmons, Pulse/Fuse/Evolution, First, Riverhouse, M2, Verve, Knighstbridge N3I&II, and possible Fort Calgary Renos (I'm almost out of breath from typing), we're anticipating at least 2 more projects shortly:

-RIOCan: including Loblaws and 1-2 other major anchor tenants, possibly redesigned to include towers
-I hope I'm not misinterpreting this rumour: there was an indication for a tall residential tower (taller than anything in EV) going near the c-train... Perhaps another forumer knows what I'm talking about?

There is still plenty of room in EV for more development. What a success it has been!

^Sounds like these sites may be in the mix of the next round of projects.

Finally. A pedestrian walk on the river, fronted by buildings. We're doing it right.
