MC airport didn't even come to mind. According to this, it has a total of around 3,500 spots. Pretty sure there's a lot of surface lots in there (which would likely still make PdV the largest single parking garage and Rideau the largest covered parking). No doubt there are malls in Ottawa with many more parking spot. Biggest surface parking is likely at the Corel Centre.
