The office workers in the west building will soon say goodbye to the view they had...even though it was limited.

On the left you can see the Slater at the 2nd floor.

Yup. The NDP headquarters (and former home of Eaton's pre-Rideau Centre). It was a big thing on the news in 2008 when they installed the green roof.

I will never get that. All of urban capital projects had two bathrooms for small units too.

Cheapest unit at $215K

"Impressive studio unit w/windows that stretch 9 ft tall and 17.5 ft wide, great for entertaining!"

Don't think you are going to have too many people over for entertaining...apart from maybe ONE friend.

Depends on many factors like, but mainly:

-size and weight of people (will your guests be 250 pounders, or relatively slim?)
-size and amount of furniture (do you have HUGE couches, lazyboys, or Euro-sleek contemporary?)

They sat on my L-shape couch and on my bed. Seriously, beds are great at doubling as couches.

Doesn't look like many units have been sold since last year.

Three on the bed, two on the couch. With my friends it's always ambigious but by most people's standards nothing dirty happened lol.

On a more serious note, I really haven't had issues entertaining people with a small living space. Perhaps age is a factor--my friends and I are all under 25.
