New EAD signage was erected on the COE Tower hoarding this morning. I presume this will also be placed along 101 St.

Super sick.

I still don't think many quite comprehend the scale and impact of this project.

so called winter garden seems to be getting smaller and insignificant - maybe is scope creep of the retail lol...not so funny given taxpayer money...in this

It's not getting smaller. I think the scale of the retail and surrounding towers is making it appear smaller in relation to them.

it's the plaza that doesn't look all that big with the developments closing in on all sides, but I think that's OK. Smaller means it doesn't need to be a huge crowd to feel lively.

Agreed, when you start adding up all the development the plaza space is smaller than I had originally pictured it, but I think that is better. Attempts at large grand plazas often end up being giant unwelcoming spaces. I think this will serve its purpose well.

So is it confirmed that 103 Street between 104ave and 103ave (the road currently in front of the Greyhound station) will be closing? In the renderings, definitely looks that way. If so, I wonder if 103ave between 102 Street and 103 Street will be made two way to allow those travelling north on 103 Street to then turn right onto 103 Avenue and then left onto 102 Street....

I know its confusing, but hopefully the above paragraph makes sense!

103 Street is indeed closing and will only have limited traffic for deliveries and emergency vehicles etc.
