I have said from day one that the biggest obstacle is NOT the rezoning process but, building it. My comments over the rezoning was also directed towards the density and shadowing which both have been addressed through the elimination of one of the towers and reorientation of the others. PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION!
Oxford is a couple of renderings from two years ago. It was at most a vision then and it's looking like it will be no more than that.
The first phase of 45 Bay on the parking lot is proceeding. The rest on top of the Dominion Building is just another vision.
The planning study conducted that includes One Yonge proposes heights up to 500 feet. I would say taller towers is becoming less and less likely.
