Just starting to pass ground level now.

Of the Ridge's former parking lots, the one to the north is now advertised for sale as two 50x125 ft lots zoned as RT-7 (townhouses?). Across the road from the development, to the east, is:
- former Ridge parking lot, current display centre
- an old RBC branch poised for redevelopment
Wave of new square footage should continue to roll onward unless the market changes.

From Broadway/9th to 16th along Arbutus has very quietly built-up in the last decade. I don't know why some commenters here would label the west side as a nest of NIMBYs, things really seem to move ahead more smoothly there and in my opinion some of the nicest neighbourhoods are now on the east side (parks, roads, trees, community centres, transit, stores, restaurants).
