They renovated that building 10 years ago. I'd be surprised if they did it again.

The one on the corner and the atrium was renovated. I don't think the other one was (it still had its original cladding from what 35 years ago?). I'm pretty sure I saw renderings. And it wouldn't happen until after the new building is complete

*edit. Doesn't the thumbnail pic of the project in the header show a 3 floor addition? For sure looks like new glass.

I think the render showed new glass.
There's already a "pod" on top of the building from the 1960s (?).

I never liked that outer skin of modern glass that they installed over the old facade. It's just weird.

True, Still thought they were going to add to that pod part. Either way new glass facade there would be an improvement.

I am in town this week and walked by, looked like they were pouring a transfer slab (ie top of podium) as they had all but one lane blocked off on Richards.

Telus is looking amazing, makes our TO version look like a poor imitation, despite that it was built years earlier.
