The article starts with "Calgarians are being asked to participate in a public open house in early September" so nothing quite yet. The headline is kind of misleading though - should have used the future tense "will be able to check out" instead of "can check out".

That's just a placeholder. It's the site of the N3 twin condo towers. The ones without parking. From what we have seen of their design, they will be less interesting than that placeholder glass wall.

I wanted to go, but missed out on the first AND second release of tix. I wasn't near my computer for the second release and before I knew it, they were gone too! Hope we will see some details posted here by those who are going.
