Does the 407 have any room to expand to 14 or 16 lanes? Likely such would require a collector-express setup. I don't know any highways anywhere in North America wider than 12 lanes with a standard setup.

Part of the I-75 through downtown Atlanta is 7-8 lanes wide each direction (14-16 lanes total). That's the biggest (widest) single highway I've ever driven on.
