Moving pretty fast for such a big project. Will be interesting to see how quickly the core pokes above ground. If I recall, this is to have a pretty similar construction technique to EAP, which didn't take too long for the core to reach grade.

With all the concrete being poured - I'm glad that I'm not getting stuck with the bill
This is awesome to see such good progress on this and everyone concerned looks forward to this being filled in before winter.

Once above grade - will the columns be poured concrete - or will steel be used??

I thought I heard somewhere that this would be composite construction, similar to EAP, with a concrete core and the remainder as steel.
