Still hasn't broke ground, only a trailer on site. Compare to Bridgeland Crossings, which is already 6 stories above grade.

Another month goes by. Nothing going on at 6 + 10 yet. They must share imaginary contractors with Steps.

They are lol - Scott Builders. Not sure it would be the gc though. I think Fortress might be the developer? Or is Sturgess the architect and developer?

When's Lido starting construction? According to their floor plans 40 out 0f 60 units or almost 70% sold.

A long row of bungalows is fenced off along 5th ave in Hillhurst, this must be the two midrise Ezra site?

If they near 5th ave and 12th St, then likely.

Ten Mount Royal is finally at grade. The two new developments east and west of here, The Block and something else, looking real good.

Does anyone have any statistics regarding the number of condos sold in the city without parking?

We have a DP for review with our community association that will require a dramatic relaxment of the parking requirements and I'm interested in what the market looks like for a parkingless condo.

No idea, my building is completely parkingless(72 units), just street parking, but it's a heritage building.

Every time I'm out I notice more infill!

There's a big pit about a block west of Steps in Bridgeland, anyone know what this is?

Also, along 7th ave ne in Bridgeland, Park43 is topped out, and Lift and Lusso have launched sales. Lots of activity up there when you factor in all of the other recently built condos.

Headed a bit east along 1st avenue ne and noticed lots of infill there too. Good to see the duplex/row housing movement is picking up.

& Bridgeland Crossings is at 7 floors up, Bridgeland Crossings phase two looks to be starting site prep.

Isn't that the Brookfield townhouse project that was floating around a while back?

I believe they are still working on demoing the insides of the old buildings first.

The Bridgeland / Renfrew area must be adding one of the largest percentage increases of new units in all the inner city. All these developments are really starting to add up.

At this rate it isn't unreasonable to expect Bridgeland / Edmonton Trail / REnfrew to be the next true node of density and urbanity in the city after already dense Mission/Beltline and Sunnyside. Potential to be at least as dense as Kensington area, perhaps more-so if projects of this scale keep happening.

This is not the half-urban world of Marda Loop, the kind of density and scale of the Bridgeland developments are quite impressive.

No, that one looks to finished already. This one is just literally half a block west of Steps. Looks like a decent sized pit too.

A decent increase. 3,059 in 2010 to 3,376 in 2014.

Agreed, there are still quite a few empty lots along Edmonton trail.
