Looks like the Beltline was #8 of the 8 communities listed having the growth of 1,000 or more, barely squeaking in by 91 people. Panorama continues to expand it's lead as the most populous area, again having greater growth than the Beltline. Much of Panorama's increased numbers over the last few years has been multi-unit housing, with some duplexes also. I believe Panorama is also among if not thee oldest of the seven non-inner city areas on the list. It should have one more year of solid growth and then tail off.
Saddleridge (2,373)
Auburn Bay (2,242)
Cranston (1,858)
Skyview Ranch (1,759)
Evanston (1,704)
Panorama Hills (1,384)
Aspen Woods (1,095)
Beltline (1,091)
I don't see the spreadsheets yet. That will be interesting, so as to understand types of housing units in each area, and seeing where we continue to lose population.

Panorama people to dwellings ratio: 3.12
Beltline people to dwellings ratio: 1.4
Between 2014 and 2010, the Beltline has added 610 units. This seems low to me, but explains in part why the population to dwellings ratio is not lower.
Panorama remains largest population of any area in the city, and the first to break 25,000 people. Beltline remains #3, but very close to #2.
28.5% of units in the Beltline are occupied by their owners. The Beltline also continues to hold the largest cash of unoccupied units, at almost 2,000. There are an additional 1,003 units under construction (as at the time the census was undertaken). This number is *by far* the largest in the city.
Interestingly, 32.6%, almost 1/3, of ALL dwellings in Panorama Hills are NOT single-family. This blows me away, but is a very good sign as the the make-up of modern suburbs as compared to 60's & 70's inner-city burbs.
