These are going to be
very high end condos (some) with direct lake views over 500 N LSD (although I'd rather have a completely unobstructed view, rather than one over a ~50 story tower), complete with a separate entrance from the apartment component. So I'd expect higher ceilings, although we'll know the exact height soon enough.
No condos are projected to be completed anywhere in the downtown right now with lake views in a high rise (the S. Wabash project is only 15 floors?), and Related knows that, so when delivery comes in about 2 years+, they will have a monopoly on the luxury high rise lake view condo supply. I'd expect these 100 units to sell rather fast, bar any major economic disturbances over the next 2 years.
This is a rare breed of residential building that we haven't seen since Aqua, the elusive 60-70+ floor building, seems like everything over the past four years has been the 30-60 floor range.
