Interesting that no updated pictures are being posted in the past 2 weeks with such significant changes.

I found a great picture taken from above this morning on a webpage called Reddit. It is called another view of new Wilsgire Grand construction.

Just to show the fairly quick progress that has been made. This picture was taken roughly six months ago on January 30th.

Question here. Is the inner part of the core that looks like steel walls used for forming the inner walls of the concrete core and not steel used in the core.

Is the core going to be that massive all the way up? Seems like there won't be much room for floor space.

Taken by me on Saturday, 07/02/14:

For those who aren't familiar with LA, this is what you see when you get out from the city's busiest subway station:

My feet was hurting so I didn't go to the usual spot to take photos from higher ground.

The north side of this tower will probably be flat. The WGT still doesn't have a single rendering showing this side of the building.

South side

I think he was talking about the other side. The Wilshire side of the tower, the renderings always show the 7th and fig side but never the Wilshire side. I also inquired about that on here when I first moved here. The tower is called the Wilshire Grand but ironically there's not a single picture or sketch of the Wilshire side which I found peculiar since most major projects like this show all sides and angles.

You both are correct about that. There has never been a render from of the Wilshire side.

That picture was from today. I drove by yesterday and there was only 1 blue netting on the east side.
