The rendering with it's cute little pedestrian bridge over I-25 in the distance, the tiny Sports Authority Stadium to it's immediate left, and the Elitch's tower, combined with the perspective from the cute creek remind me of the very high quality (LOL) renderings one might see in Pravda in the Soviet Days.
