The first picture is at dusks, so it kind of wrecks the true impact. Although you can still see there are a lot more towers now and its quite visible. You feel it on the street, the sidewalks downtown need to be widened.
to the guy show said montreal don't look good from the air. ... yes.... you are alone with that. and also. omg, calgary is just freaking amazing. it is just tops in my books.

It's very cool in person. The plaza out front isn't the greatest, though it has significantly improved with the opening of The Wonderland(statue), the Starbucks patio, and the addition of food trucks every day. Here's an interesting view of The Bow in the final stage of construction.
By the way, this Stock Aerial site is fantastic. So many good shots of Canada's 4 largest cities!
