They aren't mine haha. I only have what my father managed to take.. There are many, many more that are crappy and out of focus, these are the few that I managed to salvage from the barrage of crappy iphone photos haha. I wasn't even on the trip.
I don't believe they went as far as the Falls either.
That is absolutely, positively the most amazing shot of Calgary I have ever seen.

My absolute favorite angle of Calgary is the aerial view from the SW, you see so much of the intense residential and office density, while in the black and white one from the NE, you mostly just see office density. This future render by CtrlAltDel is my favorite by far!

three of the greatest aerial skyline shots ever. the 2nd last toronto one being that cities representing shot btw. i just think canadian cities know how to do density right. other cities could learn a thing or two. Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver have some of the best built up areas on the planet considering the population of these places. I am quite proud of our cites actually. to make this complete we need a aerial shot of Montreal with lots of smoke to set the feeling of a massive industrial city, which is exactly what it is. then make the photo black and white so it looks old. now that is the topping we need to this list of aerial skyline shots of canadian big cites. lol

imo, the Ice towers are the best looking towers in the land. lol. i just love tall and skinny. go figure. and btw, they are the tallest and skinniest, i rest my case.

Ive made some crappy google earth renderings of winnipeg with our new tower added, just to get an idea.
I think it looks damn good there XD

by moving around in google earth, ive seen how much this tower makes the skyline "pop" from all of the angles, one distinct peak instead of 3 towers like the same height
