So 5 isn't really the developments concern, if it's a concern for the community then that's where permit parking comes in
2, I don't know enough about the design to comment
4 sounds like something which could be mitigated
3 is a tough one. If someone has a house in the Beltline and a high density development went up that would shadow the house and yard, people would say well you live in a high density community, suck it up. If it's not a high density community, I think i'd be pretty pissed if I would never have sunlight in my yard/house again, not the mention the potential difficulty selling it.
