King's Stones onsite earlier in the week installing the Bianco Antico granite in the show suite.

Hopefully the show suite will be open within the next week or two.

Work has restarted on the Greenway.

I like the new look with the glass. Changing to the new material would explain the slowdown.

why are they even bothering with a show suite at 86% sold? seems like a waste of money.

It makes sense to me, in that having the show suite that they can close down the other one and save some rent costs. The suite they are using will ultimately have to be finished anyhow.

86% is still far from 100%. If they have a semi-annual or annual lease on the show home, why not make it nicer to drive the last 14%. on top of that, they are competing against Guardian and soon Park Point. It is a very tough battle for them...

That'll make all the difference. Even though it looks like nothing has been happening, there have been workers at site doing interior work. Once the glass starts going up it'll fly.
