I believe they will go for something iconic also, just based on my gut feeling, no inside info...
This will probably be the signature tower for Hudson Yards, the way 1 Vanderbilt will probably be for Midtown East, the Freedom Tower for Downtown.

i would like to see that building has a 1850ft the roof height and when we add a spire becoming a 2200ft building

30 Hudson Yards should have been the signature tower for Hudson Yards. It has a great design. It is a huge shame it was shortened. I am very interested to see what gets built here though.

It wasn't planned as that though. In the original planning, the towers of the "four corners" were drawn up to be the largest.

Tishman Speyer New York regional director Chris Shehadeh (right, whom we snapped with our moderator, WeiserMazars real estate partner Ron Lagnado) says his company is still in design on the Hudson Yards District site it bought in February. It plans 2.8M SF along Hudson Boulevard from 34th Street to 35th.

It will be nice to get a final height number and drawings here. Will this building have an observation area?
