Considering how much work for the roadbed has been done (Sherwood to first) it would make sense to finish it. At least I can hope so.

Fleet street I don't think is a good idea. PoW is a much better option.

Pasqua - 9th yup Needs to be done ASAP. a few years ago there were 50,000+ Vehicles a day I would expect it is A LOT higher now. Only to get worse with Coopertown.

An interchange at Sask and Lewvan is a good idea if they extend Sask Dr west to Pinky Road.

The only way I could see an interchange at Sask Dr. And Lewvan working is to have the East and Westbound lanes separated on either side of the tracks. Do they have a rendering? How would you do this? Certainly Lewvan, from 4th to 13th, is one of the heaviest travelled roads in the city!

Our building is right on the edge of the redevelopment. And it is in excellent shape, very well built in the mid-90s.

What was the deal with all those business opening closing at the same time over winter. There was like a halloween shop a lingerie shop and some other one I can't remember. Where they intentionally there to be temporary.

Google street view of that building on Dewdney is interesting - most frames/pics are from last fall (spring?) but there is one mixed in from 2009 when it was still dream carpets. (or at least I presume that is the building that will become Rebellion brewing)

When is the SGI decision supposed to be made? anyone remember? (the 3 letter search for SGI doesn't work so well and I'm too lazy to scroll through a bunch of pages)

It was a single company operating 6 niche stores.

I was over there on Saturday, and a guy came to the door wanting to buy balloons from the Balloon Store... he was having trouble understanding that the completely empty building did not sell balloons anymore.
