You may remember the old sushi restaurant and the Montessori preschool on the NW corner of Richards and Helmcken Streets. All gone now.

I always thought that rental tower was going to be square but it takes the curve of rolston looks pretty tiny

The two story retail building on denman across from the mall has started excavation

From Wall Financial's Annual report it seems they are to break ground at Richards & Drake as a rental building

Yes. That's why we haven't much about it compared to other developments, I assume.. No marketing website, advertisements, etc required at this stage.

Similar pics by me today. The black at the base is temporary plywood.

I think it was a missed orpportunity putting the office lobby on Smithe Street.
I think it should have been on Seymour Steet above the one storey section,
with a glazed box containing a stiarcase and elevator (like one office reno on West 7th at Manitoba, here:

just got a notice today of a public information meeting for 1335 Howe (the Quality Hotel site) across from the Granville loop. All it says right now is 'for the development of a high-rise residential tower'.

does anyone know if a view cone goes over that site?
The developer is Townline (the same people as 999 Seymour I believe)
