Drove by the building tonight, definitely under construction. Couldn't take a picture (obviously driving and dark) but they are not quite above ground yet. Working on the underground parking though.

Here are some pictures. Definately under construction as they are only 1 floor from reaching ground level.

Changed it to U/C and dropped the address to keep with the rest of the subforum naming contentions. Hope the local mods don't mind, it seemed pretty obviously U/C

They're now a couple floors above grade. They're moving along quite nicely at about one floor per week.

I could be mistaken but on my way to work today it looked like they started dismandling the sales office. Is it being taken down indicating they have sold tower 2 also? Or are they just reconfiguring?

They are dismantling the sales office, the WAVE sign has been removed and in its place is one advertising wyndliving.com. I strongly suspect that they've renamed the 2nd tower in the development.

I suspect you are correct on that. Seems to have the same buzzwords and I'd imagine they are taking the feedback from the first tower to make adjustments to the second. There were issues I had with it when we took a look at the units from a price and features/design perspective. Liked the concept but there were a few "🞵🞵🞵 were you thinking?" areas.

Btw, drove by today on my way to work and it looks like they are on the 5th floor maybe 6th soon. So coming along. Sorry no pics.

Was just posted on the Surrey dev site also, basically says they are building the sales center for "Phase 2" like you suspected.

The picture from posted just a few days ago shows only about 15 floors, so I'd say no. I don't think they could pour 10+ floors in less than a week.

Halfway there basically, or just a little over. 13 floors to go basically they are on 15/16 right now and it is 28. I drive by every day pretty much so have gotten to watch it rise up. Looking good will look better when they start putting the balconies in because you'll really start to see the curviness come to fruition. Right now they have just installed the first 5 floors worth of glass but it is the internal stuff so all square. Looks good though.

They've also just changed all the signage to the new project Wynd for the second tower and it looks as though the sales center renovations are pretty much done.
