Here is the first sign of brick at The Park. Also looks like they have added rebar to start working on the first floor patio's. The developer says the on site show suite is scheduled to now open in May.

I bought a unit in Park and the sales associate told me CPM, the small building next door to Park had structural problems back in 2010 due to one of there pipes bursting because it was not monitored properly. All of the structural problems have been resolved and repaired. Park has new hoarding up today which looks good.

The hole looks like an exhaust vent, chimney, whatever it's called. Real brick ... nice.

The design might not be the most amazing, but I like this project because they are using some quality products.

For starters they are using brick to clad the building rather than just stucco and the interiors have very high end finishes. Granite kitchen counter tops are standard, as well as Kohler bathroom pieces. If you go to their sales centre they will give you the spiel, but they have put more into their standard specifications than most condo projects.

Thanks for the explaination. I went to its show center few times. It just doesn't give me the same luxurious feeling as some other project's show suite. Maybe once their onsite show suite is ready, I should take another look at it. Thanks
