Is it just me, or does this building have a sort of an International style vibe to it? Maybe it's just a fluke in the last rendering, but this building seems to have a modernized '60 and '70s feel to it. If that's the case, it'll really fit well into Edmonton's skyline, what with it being rather heave on the 1970s-1980s architecture.
